the provider IS flexible in their care provision, communicative and caring.
The carers are nice and have learnt to understand me as I only speak my
language. They use body language and gestures, they have learnt a few
basic useful words too. Nice people.

The care for my father was excellent, I felt the leadership (Registered Manager) was extremely caring, got involved when required and managed staff well to ensure care was respectful and consistent and any issues were dealt with promptly.
The carers supported me in looking after my dad and his goals, i.e. keeping him at home as he wished.When my father passed away he was dealt with respect, and care which I am very grateful for.
The care allowed my father to stay independent even after loss of mobility, and live with dignity until he passed.
The two live-in carers that Dad had, were absolutely amazing with him. I have so much respect for them. Dad held them in such high regard too.
During the Carer’s time with us, Dad was slightly less poorly. she was so patient and loving to him, especially as things were difficult since he had suddenly lost his hearing. As a family, we all loved her, she became like a new member of the family.
When The second carer came to us Dad was sadly declining. She cared for him wonderfully. She was so attentive, patient and, most importantly, loving. She worked so hard to look after him and he was clean, content and comfortable. She again became a member of our family, always updating me and my sister via text about Dad. The little chats with me in the kitchen, the cups of tea she made me when I was upset, they didn’t go unnoticed. Without her extra caring, there is no way that Dad would have been able to remain at his home as long as he did. She even slept on the sofa to stay close to Dad at night since he was becoming more and more agitated. She definitely went above and beyond.
I have already sent texts to them both, but please send our heartfelt thanks again to them and to you all at Quality Living Plus Services. Having lost mum 18 months ago, we were frightened that dad would not have been able to remain in his home on his own, where he felt the most happiness. You really did make everything so very simple, and we could just become daughters again in Dad’s last few weeks of life.
XX states that the care going “great”.
XX informed me that Quality living Plus “are brilliant, they are happy and I really enjoy the time they are here”. “If they are going to be a little late, they call me”
XX has carers twice a day and they do breakfast and wash up for her, also being on standby when she does her own personal care. They remind XX to take her medication. They also do her dinner. XX told me “I like my pitta bread and rice. They make my bed and my hot water bottle for me every day. “its perfect”
XX told me “I could trust all of them. I am really happy”
XX told me “They don’t rush me. I can’t even find one fault with them”.
The change in care has been brilliant. They are such happy people. “Most of them are male, but I don’t mind that” “I don’t care what colour they are” “they are wonderful”

As you know, mum is really happy with the support she receives from your team.
Firstly, I would like to say a huge “Thank you” to you and all your wonderful staff or carers that have looked after me since I came out of hospital six weeks ago. As a retired ward sister myself, it was great to find your staff cheerful and well trained to a very high standard.

The care Dad received was excellent. From day one with my first meeting with Clement, nothing seemed to much trouble.
From having care once a day, to four times a day in a space of 8 months All the carers who helped Dad were very attentive. He really enjoyed being looked after.
When things happened unexpectedly hospital/doctors it very never a problem to add extra care. They were always aware when Dad was not at his best. Always informing me promptly of what needed to be done

Dad said many times that he was extremely happy with his care, which makes you feel happy that he was being so well looked after.
Betty and the team of carers made the last few months of my wife’s life easier , not just for her but for me too. I could not have coped without them and I am in no doubt my wife’s passing would have been far sooner and more stressful without the care the team provided to her.

I am writing on behalf of my 81 year old mother, who has benefitted from her carers immensely over the past 2 months. I have witnessed their kindness, patience and professionalism on many occasions, without whom her comfort and recovery would have been all the more challenging. I am deeply grateful also for the assistance offered by Gerald, who introduced me to the phone app and to Betty Mungofa, who has always been available to answer any queries that my mother has had. Indeed, she generously took time out of her busy day to respond to my own particular questions. All in all – a 5 star service.

Customer XXX is moving to residential care and one of her main worries was about missing the carers who she says have been so good. One particular male carer she calls the giant as he is so gentle and caring.
